The organizational environment has been going through a series of relevant evolutions and changes, mainly regarding the growth of investment in the technological area, especially with the development of software.

This gradual evolution could be seen in greater depth during the pandemic and as a need to reinvent itself, both companies and their employees. All professionals present in various sectors had to go through challenges that were never imagined - they didn't even dream of facing this.

The interesting about this is to think, that it is a process that affects professionals of all positions and in different areas of expertise.

In other words, technological evolution has made work more flexible and, thanks to the development and popularization of software, professionals could see that the previous work method was not that necessary.

This conclusion allowed the opening of space for different work methods, such as freelancers, 100% remote workers or more flexible companies regarding the productivity and presence of their employees, for example.

Thereby, it is interesting to note how the growth and development of software and technology services has a significant impact on labor relations and professional growth. We will explain this phenomenon with more data and conclusions below. Check it out!

IMPACT OF LABOR RELATIONS ON THE MARKET FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE AND TECHNOLOGY SERVICES RESULTING FROM THE FUTURE OF LABOR

As we've already explained, new technologies are creating new types of companies that have no link to the traditional business structure. These companies are offering more flexible working conditions, which makes union organization difficult.

Because of this, it is expected that the market for software development and technology services will grow rapidly in the future, due to the time-consuming service opportunities, but this will present challenges for relationships in the future of work, especially when the subject it's remote work.

According to the Brazilian Association of Software Companies (Abes), the trend for this year 2021 is for the software development sector to grow by more than 10%. Looking at growth, it is remarkable how investment increased during the pandemic.

Note that these data were collected from the study entitled “Brazilian Software Market: Panorama and Trends 2020”.

The study also indicates that Brazil represents 1.8% of the world information technology (IT) market and 40.7% of the sector in Latin America. Investments in this segment reach around 2.3% of the national GDP.

The digital economy is transforming into an automated economy, where humans learn to live with AI, robots or other automated tools that help us with our daily tasks. This transformation positively impacts workers' rights to control their work environment in different ways.

POSITIVE IMPACTS GENERATED BY SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ON THE TECHNOLOGY MARKET

Software development has a huge influence on the technology industry and the economy. It creates new products and services that change the way we work and play.

This phenomenon is advancing so fast with the help of new software platforms. Those platforms are designed to provide better customer service, greater safety and more productivity.

Thus, software developers and programmers are revolutionizing work by automating repetitive tasks, reducing errors and increasing productivity. With the help of AI tools, they can also generate more accurate code in less time than their predecessors ever imagined.

This way, we can conclude that software development is directly related to the evolution and opening of growth opportunities for many companies, especially in difficult times of quarantine, a time when many brands suffered from problems of low productivity, loss of customers and increased errors in the workplace, problems significantly reduced with the phenomenon cited in the text.
